Police are enlisting the public's help in identifying a suspect who obtained account information of Bank of America customers by placing a "skimming device" on the bank's downtown ATM.
Detective Sgt. John Peracchi said police are investigating the discovery of the skimming device that was placed on the ATM near Market Square between the dates of July 14 and July 18. The device was discovered by a customer using the ATM and was reported to police in late July, he said.
